About

WaveCore Play started as a group chat between four friends who kept arguing about which mobile games were worth the storage space. At some point we figured we might as well write our findings down properly, and the site grew out of that habit.

We are a small independent editorial team. Nobody hands us a schedule or a list of games to promote. We pick titles based on what we're genuinely playing, what readers ask about, and what looks interesting enough to sink a weekend into.

Every guide comes from real hands-on sessions. If a stage took us twenty tries, we tell you. If the controls feel awkward on smaller screens, that goes in too. We'd rather be useful than polite.

We don't do sponsored rankings and we don't pretend a mediocre game is brilliant. Our reputation is basically the whole point, so we protect it.

Mikkel Sørensen — Mikkel has been reviewing mobile games for over a decade and still keeps three phones around just to test how games run on older hardware. He handles most of the strategy and RPG coverage.
